Below is the Smoking and Health Action Foundation / Non-Smokers’ Rights Association of Canada assessment of Senate Bill S-5, An Act to amend the Tobacco Act and the Non-smokers’ Health Act and to make consequential amendments to other Acts.

Though we haven’t always seen eye to eye when it comes to vaping products, it seems we have quite a few common concerns about this bill.
