The City of Estevan, SK has modified Bylaw 2016-1975 – A Bylaw of the City of Estevan to provide for the controlling, regulating, and governing of smoking within City facilities in the City of Estevan
This bylaw treats e-cigarettes like combustible cigarettes, prohibiting their use in any public place or within five (5) metres of entry/exit points, outdoor pool, skating rink, playground, skate park, tennis court or sports field.
There is no exemption for sampling products in vape shops.
