Bonnyville Bylaw includes vapor products

Bonnyville, AB has Bylaw No. 1433-15, Respecting Smoke Free Public Places and Workplaces which includes vapour products

The definition of smoking states:

to inhale, exhale, burn or have control over a lighted cigarette, cigar, pipe, hooka pipe, or other lighted smoking implement designed to burn or heat tobacco or any other weed or substance for the purpose of inhaling or tasting of its smoke or emissions.

This effectively treats vapour products exactly like combustible cigarettes. This prohibits their use in all places to which the public customarily has access, including restaurants, patios and workplaces.

There is no exemption for flavour sampling in vape shops.
